CHECK-OUT POLICIES Make Sure All Trash Is Taken Out & Put In Green Trash Cans Or Dumpsters Provided. Make Sure All Dishes Are Washed, Put Away & Nothing Is Left In The Dishwasher. Make Sure the Grounds Around Your Rental Are Picked Up & Free Of Trash, Bottles, Cans & Cigarette butts. Make Sure All Trash Is Picked Up Inside Your Rental. If You Ordered Linens, Make Sure You Remove The Sheets & Place Them In Your Linen Bag. Comforters & Bedspreads Will Remain On The Bed. Make Sure You Check-Out On Time (11:00am) & Return Your Key To The Office. If You Check Out Early You May Leave Your Key In The Mail Slot At The Office. Make Sure You Check The House For All Personal Belongings. Beach House Associates is not responsible for items left behind in properties. We will attempt to locate lost items, but we can’t guarantee that we will find them. Please check your property carefully before leaving Please Do Not Move Furniture PENALITIES If The Check-Out Cleaning Policies Are Not Followed, You Will Be Charged A $75 Cleaning Fee. If Furniture Has Been Moved You Will Be Charged A $50 Service Fee. If You Do Not Check Out On Time, You Will Be Charged A $100 Late Check-Out Fee. There Is A $25 Fee To Search For And/Or Retrieve Lost Items, Plus Shipping Costs. These Amounts Will Be Either Charged To Your Credit Card or Paid By Money Order.
